For the Quality Leg, when "# of Disruptions" is > 0, and when "Notifications" is > 0, then an e-mail needs to be sent to the Directors of Purchasing and Plant Contacts. This should be implemented as a separate workflow. Also need to use the WarningConstraintField custom field to display a warning message if # of Disruptions is > 4 or Notifications is > 4 (again does not prevent saving data).
